Question about Dell Floppy Drives
You need to consider reinstallin another one. Better still you need to buy a plug and play drive with a USB port and a good antivirus system. Best yet, you need to consider upgrading to a CD/DVD or a flash drive storage system. They are more modern, with more storage space and good plug-n-play mechanisms
