Lauren Now I have a little more background I am sorry that you appear to have got steamrolled today by your superiors I find it almost beyond belief that fixya took totally the wrong approach to the Friday escapade. Absolutely no harm was done it does not matter in the slightest if they were mods or not ! The fact that some NARROW minded people cannot see, well that is a problem with the fixya management and not what people did or didnt do in the lounge. I would love for you to pass some of my recent mails up the chain to those who cannot see past the end of their nose. The sheer incompetence with regard to foresight of network logistics and security begs the question of who hired the guy for that side of things. Even the known parser bugs that make even legitimate questions look like a dyslexic spider typed it because so many words even legitimate and non defamatory ones are filtered. Don't blame your experts for the shortcomings of those above you. They gave an impromptu show in a single section of fixya, for their own entertainment only. Some of the words used by those above you make it sound like a concerted attack this is sheer lunacy and shows just how frightened of their position they are. If I didn't know you a little better this whole mail would be covered in unmentionable words. to describe your department heads You loose the better experts to sites like Just Answer and others and with attitudes that are being shown by your bosses its no wonder why. Fixya does not deserve you or your efforts to improve fixya. If I loose the mod badge hey its no great loss its not like I earned anything from it, I mean we naill 4,000 spam and then they **** on you for us having a little fun then we nail even more spam and your bosses slap your mod program. You tell me is there any sense in all that good and having fun being put down by a few morons that work above you. I like the expert crowd at fixya shame nobody more that you can see that usefulness. Seeing as I also sent this elsewhere I included the script we used. It took about 30 minutes to come up with that and run it from a chat room. That was done just for a bit of fun. Imagine if it had not been us but people who DID want to harm fixya. Next time we do Fixya an accidental favour remind me to step out of the way so my balls dont get caught on your bosses jackboots ! One last time dont blame the other guys if your bosses want a free and clear scapegoat use me to make an example of use me because after seeing the way this was handled by those above you I really don't give a dam. THE ONLY REASON I PUT THIS IS THAT I KNOW ITS A TEST AND WILL GET CANNED AND MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO FIXYA
