- I also had this idea lol except that there is no driver to install, and the Owner manual does not say anything helpfull at all :( I have emailed LG and they sent a generic reply telling me to phone them during buisness hours (while I am also at work and unable to call!) AND they want the serial number which i dont have arrrggghhhhhhh Thanks for taking the time to reply, I guess its just a lost cause :(Solution #1

Reinstall the CD driver to your LG (GDR8 164B).
