I have a 98 seadoo sportster and it will only start by jumping the solenoid and mashing the start button.

Either the solenoid itself is shot or it's not getting power to the small wire which tells the solenoid to send power to the battery. Check for voltage at the small wire when mashing the starter, if it's good then the solenoid is the culprit

Mashing will not turn on and has oower

on the door of your machine there is a peg sticking out, it goes into a hole on top of machine when closed. This is the safety switch. It sounds as though that switch is bad. you can take the wires off and put them together and this will eliminate that switch. not very safe but will let you know if that is the problem.

I have whirlpool cabrio top load flashes f then 51

I had the same problem and Whirlpool will not do a recall on these washers. But FINALLY one day I was so tired of it stopping so often in a few minutes that I called Whirlpool and they said that it was a known problem and will be sending someone to replace the curcuit boards at no charge to me.
So get your manual out and call the Whirlpool people so that they can do the same for you!

My washing mashing won't advance on to rinse cycle?

If you mean the washer goes up to the rinse cycle and then just sits there, check cold water inlet screen where hose attaches to washer for blockage. #2 could be a bad water valve.
