My zanussi FJS1223W machine is taking c. 1 hour

My zanussi FJS1223W machine is taking c. 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete a 30 minute cycle (shortest). Apart from that it appears to be working OK. What is wrong with it?

make sure water pressure is good and filter and drain hose is clear,if there all ok make sure its heating.
