Try walking around the room/house and turning any other electronics off, if the interference stops, then you've found the offender! could be RFI (radio frequency interference), could also be a neighbor! if you can change frequencies on your phone, try a different one. may work.perhaps you have a computer or other electronic device that's badly shielded. you may have to replace your phone with one that operates on a different frequency, if you can't find the problem!
good luck!

Unable to get an outside line / dial tone from my phone (KX-T7735-B) originally erroneously reported as a KX-T7335

If this is VOIP then the problem is with Comcast. The settings need to be set to recognize a two line phone. The long way around this is to find out the equipment they are using for switching from a digital to an analog signal and call the manufacturer for help.

I can receive faxes but can not send

Make sure the phone line is in good condition, might require a phone representative to thoroughly check out the phone lines and to the phone company for switching.
Make sure the phone connections are not corroded. Try sending using a different phone line altogether. If possible use a hand set phone and plug into that line and listen for the dial tone. This tone should be nice and loud and clear, with no noises.
If a different unit is plugged into the phone such as a Cisco converter, try to get drivers to help support your copier. Otherwise don't use the converter. This might be dropping out the signals time to time.
If all else checks out, the modem board may be the cause of problems.

We have a lot of static and loud buzzing on the phone

I had the same issue that started on some 3 year old 5.8 GHZ Uniden cordless phones. I moved it from room to room and same buzzing. I found a older Uniden set I had kept in a desk drawer. I swapped out the power transformer (power cord) and it is clear as a bell now.

I am unable to clear the call log KX-TA824

You have an INTERCOM button on the phone and you're probably using idle line select on pickup.

Don't pick up the handset, push the intercom button and dial your codes.

My Hotpoint washer dryer WD865 moves around the room making loud noises when on a fast spin? The internal drum seems more loose than normal?

I had the same problem. You can open the top lid (2 screws at the back and then lift) The weight which is on top is secured by three bolts, all three of them were loose so weight was going from one side to another which made a terrible noise. Tightened the bolts and noise was gone!
Dryer still not working though.....

FAX function stopped working

honestly, it sounds like you have the phone cord and the fax jack swapped backwards, make sure you have the fax line plugged into the correct jack on the machine. 1 is for the handheld phone and the other is for the telephone line... give this a shot...

Have to talk loud...

You could check and see if anything come between you and the mic on your phone, if you can hear them clearly then you mic(part you talk into) may be clogged by dust, dirt, water or just defective.

Clicking noise on all handsets upon pick-up

could there be interference ?

Severe noise interference.
• Keep the handset away from microwave ovens, computers, remote control toys, wireless
microphones, alarm systems, intercoms, room monitors, fluorescent lights, and electrical
appliances.
• Move to another location or turn off the source of interference.

Or maybe the unit is recording the calls, this is accompanied by an alert tone or click.
