Probably you did a firmware update or installed apps
click on white button - log - options - highlight recent calls - options - settings - change log to 10 days - once it shows 10 days double click on 10 days to ensure that it gets set and then press back (not before that)
switch phone off and then on - it should work - then you can change the log back to 30 days
