What mail client/service is being used at the destination. It is most probably that the email client on the receiving end has images turned off in incoming emails. This is done to speed things up (like in a Blackberry). The settings can easily be changed, just let me know where the problem occurs. Also, are you getting text links to the pictures where the images should be? That's usually what tips you off.

Thanks!
EJ

How do I forward yahoo email automatically to another email address

You can obviously forward your emails to the other account; all you have to do is enabling of the forwarding message settings in your account. All you have to do is "click on settings":

If you are using gmail you will see "forwarding imap/pop or forwarding tab"; click on it you will have to enter the yahoo email address on which you want to forward the mails and then a verification code link will be sent to that email by clicking on which you will be able to forward the mails to yahoo.

If its outlook, you have to go for the "email forwarding tab" and enter the yahoo mail address on which you have to forward your mails and then a verification code link will be sent to that email by clicking on which you will be able to forward the mails to yahoo.

You also can set up filters to forward messages that meet specific criteria. You can create 20 filters that forward to other addresses and can also maximize your filtered forwarding by combining filters that send to the same address.

Print documents received and forward to a specified end receiver. This is useful if, for example, you are visiting another office and would like a copy of your documents to be sent to that office.
You can also specify a "folder" as the forwarding destination.
en-i_imp.gif
  • To use this function, set [Forwarding] under [Administrator Tools] to [On].
  • The Forwarding function does not forward documents received with Memory Lock.
  • You can select end receivers only from among destinations programmed in the Address Book. You cannot specify programmed transfer stations as end receivers.
A fax number, e-mail address, IP-Fax destination, and folder can be set as the forwarding destination.
When you wish to change the end receivers depending on the senders, specify the end receivers by the senders, at "Program Special Sender". Documents not received from specified senders are sent to the destination specified in this function. For details about programming special sender, see "Program Special Sender".
You can set whether or not to print the forwarded documents on this machine in "Parameter Setting" (switch 11, bit 6). See "Parameter Settings".
Deleting a destination specified as a forward destination from the destination list causes the settings of the forward destination to be deleted, so they must be registered again. When a destination is changed, a document is transmitted to the new destination. If there is no destination of the specified type, you can set which destination to be used as an alternative destination in "Parameter Setting" (switch 32, bit 0). See "Parameter Settings".
You can program one of the User Function keys with operations for this function. See "General Settings/Adjust".
If you have specified a folder for forwarding, you can specify the file format used for forwarding in "Parameter Setting" (switch 21, bit 3). See "Parameter Settings".
User Parameters (switch 37, bit 4) on the Fax Features menu allows you to include the sender's name in the names of files sent to folders. However, garbling of the file name and data loss can result if the receiver's operating system cannot accept certain characters in file names. To prevent this, use User Parameters (switch 37, bit 5) to limit the file names to plain characters only. If you limit file names to plain characters only but errors still occur, disable display of the sender's name in the file name of documents forwarded to folders. For details, see "Parameter Settings".
Using the parameter setting (switches 38 and 39), you can specify the maximum number of resends that the machine attempts if it fails to forward a fax (including faxes from special senders) to a folder destination, and the interval between the resend attempts.

I have a recording on my voice mail of my dad singing? I want to keep this. How do I forward this message to another phone? My phone is is SCH-U340 (samsung) I get the option that says to forward msg to...

If you are unable to get it to forward correctly to another device try recording it on speakerphone using another cellphone's audio recording ability, this will record it as an audio file that you should be able to transfer to a computer.
Good Luck!

I have a problem not to receive messages?

The best thing to do first is check with the sender to make sure that they actually sent the message.
If they have sent it, here's a list of conditions that will stop that email from getting through to you. If any of them describes your situation, you'll find instructions on how to resolve the issue just below. Hopefully, one of these will do the trick!
Incorrectly typed email address
Is the sender using your correct email address? Just one mistyped letter will cause an email to go to the wrong address or make it undeliverable. Ask them to double-check that they entered your address correctly.
Sender's email not functioning properly
Can this sender successfully send messages to other people? The problem could be on their end, with sending. Ask them to check.
Inbox needs refreshing ( Yahoo! Mail Classic)
New email often arrives while you're writing or reading another email. The all-new Yahoo! Mail updates your Inbox for you, so if you use it, you'll always see new mail when it arrives. But in Yahoo! Mail Classic, you won't see this new mail in your Inbox until you Refresh or Reload the page, or return to the Welcome Screen, or click Check Mail.
Note: Yahoo! Messenger shows an alert each time a new email arrives.
One of your filters could be directing the email into a folder
If you've set up filters, the message from this sender might be going directly to a different folder from your Inbox. Here's how to check your filters:
  • Click Options in the upper-right, and select More Options.
  • Click Filters.
  • See anything that might be capturing the mail you've been looking for?
  • Note: Messages in Trash can be deleted at any time. Once messages are deleted, they're gone forever, and can't be retrieved.
You're forwarding your mail to another email address
If you're forwarding your mail, it's going to another email address. Here's how to check:
  • Click Options in the upper-right corner of the page, and select More Options.
  • Under "Management", click POP Access & Forwarding.
  • Is the lower half of the page (Forwarding) selected? If so-and if you would like to discontinue it:
  • Click the radio button for "Web and POP Access" at the top of the page.
  • Click Save.
You're blocking this user
The sender's address might be on your Blocked Addresses list. Mail from blocked senders doesn't arrive or bounce-it's simply discarded. Here's how to check your Blocked Addresses list:
  • Click Options in the upper-right corner of the page and select More Options.
  • Under "Spam", click Block Addresses.
  • Scan the list for the address of the sender. If you see it, click it, then click Remove Block.
There's a delay in delivery
Messages are usually delivered within a few minutes. Very rarely, they are delayed while in transit. This is usually due to problems on the sender's mail server, heavy Internet traffic, or routing problems. Unfortunately, aside from waiting, there's no way to know whether a message has been delayed or whether it has been rendered undeliverable. If a sender can re-send it, have them do that.
No matter what the cause, the best solution is to ask the sender to re-send the message.

How do you take out voicemail from the phone so call forwarding can be processed?

I'm not sure that you are phrasing the question correctly. How can I bypass the voice mail box would be a better explanation.

If you take out the voice mail box it will go to the main greeting. Call forwarding to voice mail is call forwarding being processed. Is there somewhere else you would like it to forward to?

If you are just trying to delete your mailbox then you need to know your system manager info. If you do email me at IsaiahJ1980@gmail.com and I can help you further.

In order to resolve the issue you have to configer the mail on your computer if you are using Windows Vista you have to configer the Windows Mail, if you are using XP then you have to configer either Outlook express or Microsoft Outlook. FOR VISTA OPERATION SYSTEM ================================== Step 1: Configure Windows Mail. http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/help/00e419ef-fee2-472c-ad02-b14331571a521033.mspx OR http://www.apluskb.com/scripts/How_do_I_configure_Windows_answer3578.html Note: Clicking the link may give an error indicating it is invalid. Step 2: Go to IE>Tools>Options>Programs>Email> Select Windows Mail Step 2: Set Windows Mail as the default e-mail program Open Windows Mail by clicking the Start button, clicking All Programs, and then clicking Windows Mail. Click the Tools menu, and then click Options. Click Make Default next to This application is NOT the default Mail handler. Note: You can also move the program to the top of the Front Panel Destination to scan to that destination automatically. If you do not want to change any other settings, click OK to close the Front Panel Destination List Setup window. 5. Check the functionality.

Fax error code on Ricoh 2045

network errors, like the 15-03, that you are receiving, have to do with fax "forwarding". the errors are thrown because the proper destination, or setup of the destination, for the forwarded faxes, are incorrect.

personally, i have not seen any 15-whatever codes. all the codes that i have dealt with are 14-01, 14-09, and 14-33. please double check the code that you are getting, and check the settings on copier.

14-01 and 14-09 codes usually mean that the smtp server name is incorrect, or the administrator e-mail address has not been added to the setup of the machine. although, it is still possible to e-mail directly without the administrator address being programmed. fax forwarding canNOT work without it. hence, the codes.

14-33 code usually means that there is an issue with the folder destination that the machine is trying to send to.
