Wont connect to web

Do you have web service with your plan? Assuming you are this is most likely just a settings issue. You need to change the APN settings in your phone so that it connects to the proper server for your WAP access. Since your phone is Motorola, this can be done very easily. Follow the Motorola link below and you will have to choose your phone model, your carrier, and enter your cell phone number. They will then send you an automatic text (2 or 3 actually) and the computer will have given you a pin to enter when the update text arrives on your phone. Thats it! You should be set after that (on the setup site make sure all 3 checkboxes are checked.
