A lot depends upon whether the keyboard was powered/connected when it got 'drowned'. If it was, then you probably fried the circuitry, but if no circuits were shorted when it got wet then you really just needed to dry it - thoroughly.
I've taken apart a notebook-style A4 desktop keyboard lately. The first trick was to locate its screws (under the rubber feet and the brand/model label), and then to determine where the case mouldings joined. A bit of pressing around the rear edge revealed some 'give', so with a few plastic spatula-like sticks I managed to prise the case apart, leaving some sticks in place as I ran around the edges.
The next trick was to remove 67 tiny screws (whatever) and to scrape away the melted tops of a dozen or so holding, placement posts. Eventually the parts came apart; there was muck (in my case, sticky cordial) on most surfaces, the most important of these being the TWO clear plastic membranes. A soaking and slosh-around in cold, boiled water dissolved all foreign material, and 20 minutes in bright sunshine (not too much; parts might warp), and patient reassembly got it working again.
The electronics had to be separated from the washable parts and care had to be given to the edge-connector so that it had good placement and got good contact back again.
VERY important was the white plastic membrane that had the 'dome studs' rising from it, ones that contacted the undersides of the keyboard keys. Those studs can easily break away and get lost. Take great care that they stay attached, or find a way to place them in their key sockets (upside down) during reassembly.
If you send an A4 keyboard swimming again, give this method a try; it's a satisfying exercise. Good luck.

10 almost brand new keyboard was wet by floods i cleaned and dry it already hope i can recover it

Not yet friend. You must use the hairdryer or such device without heat to dry the water traces inside. And also keep them in the sun for some time after hairdryer treatment. A modicum of water can burn off electronics and one should never leave anything to luck. Dry them up completely before plugging them somewhere.

A4tech KB(S)-1527R (KB-1527R) Keyboard and Mouse

Hi,

Normally there won't be an issue. Keyboards and mouse are normally capatible with all versions of windows. This set will probably come with a cd if drivers are needed to be installed for the receiver. Hope this helps.

Cheers

The number keys doesn.t work properly: `1 `1 2(f1) 3 54 54 67 67 =8 9 -0 -0 =8.. that should be: ` 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 - =

Sound's like dust is the issues here, so you will need to remove the keys that you are having trouble with or all keys to be on the safe side, once removed get a damp cloth and clean the keyboard where the keys once were and while your doing that soak the keys in some water to clean them up and dry them when done. Put keys back into place and test keys to see if problem as gone or not. Hope this helps.

My wireless keyboard stopped working it is a A4tech RFKB-21

The first thing you should try is unplugging the wireless adapter and plugging it back in. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the wireless driver (from the device manager. You can find the device manager in the control panel), unplugging the keyboard first of course. After the driver has been installed, plug the keyboard back in and allow the windows 'found new hardware' to install the driver again. The 'found new hardware' dialog is automatic, so all you have to do is plug the keyboard in.

If windows cant find the driver, or has a problem for any reason, you can find your driver at:

http://www.findmysoft.com/drivers/A4tech-RFKB-5-Wireless-Keyboard-driver.html

and install it manually (it installs like any other software).

If your keyboard is still not working, check for any manual locks that might prevent the keyboard from being used normally. Look for an unrecognized key, a switch, or an LED light that might have a picture of a lock. Unfortunately, I can't pull up any pictures of your keyboard, so I don't know if it has one or not.

You might also want to try another usb device (a flash drive or another usb keyboard, if you have one) to make sure that the usb ports aren't the culprits.

I hope this helps, and good luck!
