Washer WPSR3100WOWW Will wash but not drain and spin... Stops at the rinse Cycle

Christina,
Does it leave water inside the tub? There are a couple of possibilitys. One could be the drain pump. If this fails the wash/rinse cycle will stop as it can sense the water not being pumped out. Can you hear the light sound of a small motot running when it goes into rinse cycle? Listen down at the very bottom far right side or far left side. If you hear the drain pump motor running is there any water discharging out the drain tube going into the wall? You should easily hear the flowing water. If not you have a few possible problems: Drain pump has an obstruction in or around it or, drain pump is actually bad.

Clothes Washer won't stop filling with water?

If your washer continues to fill with water and does not overflow onto the floor where is that water going???

The water is siphoning from the machine as fast or faster than it it filling. This is caused by one of two situations both have to do with how the drain hose is routed.

The most common is that the drain is too low. The drain for your washer must first rise above the height of the tub or highest water level before it enters the house drain or drainage sink. This height is typically a minimum of 30". So if you are trying to drain the washer into a low pipe, a short sink or down hill you must first raise the hose or piping to that 30" before it heads down hill.

Second cause is where the drain hose is pushed too far into the house drain. A typical drain pipe in the home has a water trap at the bottom. If you put your washer drain hose down into the pipe too far and contact the water in that trap you will also siphon the water from the machine. The drain hose should hook and be secured to the drain pipe and go inside about 6", that's all that is needed.

Water dripping under the rim, into the tub

Sounds to me like you have a siphoning problem You probably have your drain hose too far down in the drain pipe. When this happens the drain hose goes into the trap of the drain pipe. It then pull the water from the drain pipe back into your washer cause it cant break the vacuum. Pull your drain hose up so that on a little bit of the pipe is sticking down the drain pipe

Water continues to run, never fills and continue the washing cycle

If I understand you correctly you are saying that a good amount of water will go into the tub but it never get full enough to start the wash cycle.? Obviously its not leaking all the water out or you would see it.. I know this may sound strange but check to see how far down your drain hose goes into the wall drain,I have had many that do this same thing and the hose from the washer was to far down into the wall drain and the water would SIPHON OUT OF THE TUB FASTER THAN THE WATER COULD GO IN hopefully this is you problem secure the hose so only about 6 inches is in the wall drain.. Hope this was it Good Luck

I have water in my refrigerator on the shelves and in some areas it is freezing?

Could be a clogged condensate drain. Since you did not give a model #, I will assume this has the freezer on top. When it goes into defrost, the water cannot go down the drain hose to the drain pan and accumulates as ice in the freezer, below the bottom liner and may drip into the fridge. Empty the freezer and open the fridge door. The open fridge door can help thaw the drain. Remove the screws holding the bottom of the freezer liner and remove the liner. If there is ice below it, the drain is clogged. Remove as much as possible by hand and then use a hair dryer to carefully melt the ice at the back of the freezer. Blot up any water from the melted ice and concentrate on clearing the 1/2" hole in the center back. That is the drain. When you think the drain is clear, check it with a large glass of hot water. This can be take some time. When done, reassemble, but also make sure the fridge is tilted to the back by adjusting the legs at the front bottom corners of the fridge. You may have to take the grill off the bottom of the fridge to do this. The legs screw down to lengthen them. Adjust them far enough down that the fridge door swings shut by itself. This will help the water down the drain before the fridge comes out of defrost, starts cooling and freezes it in the drain hose.

Water running out from under vegetable and fruit

Remove the food and the ice maker from the freezer ( if equiped ) . Remove the rear freezer panel . Using a hair dryer , start in the middle , below the coils , defrosting , until you see the drain hole . Use hot water to help defrost the hole . Once water starts going thru the hole , use a small hose inserted into the hole , and blow thru , to remove any unseen debris in the drain line . Use an ALUMINUM or COPPER solid wire , 14-16 guage , with the insulation completely off , and insert one end into the drain hole as far as possible without any force . Hook the other end , around the glass rod (defrost heater) carefully , to avoid breaking the glass , above the hole . When refrig goes into defrost , the heat will transfer from the heater , to the wire , keeping the hole from freezing up again .

My Kenmore refridgerator with freezer on bottom leaks water from bottom and I have ice build up in freezer and it's suppose to be a frost free freezer?

I had the same problem with my refrigerator/ bottom freezer. It is a Kenmore and would build up ice in the bottom and would eventually drip water on the floor in front of the bottom drawer. I solved the problem by doing a few different things. First I took off the back cover to see where the drip pan was located. Look for the drain tube that goes into the drip pan and in my case cut two plastic ties to gain a better angle for my next steps. I took a turkey baster and a cup of hot water and shot it in the drain tube several different times. Then I took a string trimmer line (pretty thick) and pushed that into the drain tube as far as I could get it and worked it back and forth. My final step was to blow air into the drain tube in towards the freezer at which point I could hear the ice in the icemaker blowing around. The following day the water was draining into the drip pan and not into the bottom of my freezer :>)

Water dripping in to freezer bottom ten pools on

Sounds like you have a drain that is plugged. When it goes into defrost the water hass no place to run. Thats when you get water like that. I would defrost it completly. Then try to get to the drain and pour hot water slowly to see if it goes all the way down to the pan. If not. Yu may have to have air pressure to go thru the drain.
