Hello. My Canon iP400 will print black perfectly

Hello. My Canon iP400 will print black perfectly but will only print horizontal lines with a space in between with all the colors. I have tried going through the maintenance and doing the clean and deep clean option but my printer still prints the lines. I have also tried the print head alignment option and nothing has changed. This all occurred after my printer tried loading a paper but it did not enter straight and caused a paper jam.
