My pool filter is all clean and the kreepy is pulsating well, however it gets stuck on the tiled wall of the pool. Very rarely is it seen on the bottom of the pool. Have you got any suggestions?

You can lower your suction to the unit. If this dosen't help I beleve Kreepy makes a flower and foot for all tile or vynal pools. Understand if you have a plaster bottom these will wear out faster on cement finishes so you should try to adjust your suction first to find a happy medieum.

Turn down the suction to it, the tile is smoother then the rest of the pool so it grabs there better

Creepy not working good suction it sticks to the bottom of the pool and wont move

If it is an actual Kreepy Krawler that Pulsates and you have good suction then you should look k side and see if something is stuck inside the diaphragm or if the diaphragm is torn then it has to be replaced.

Not moving, pulsates slowly

I had a similar problem with mine starting to move and pulsate well enough but then slowing and stopping altogether. back washing the filter solved it. I guess it wasn't getting enough suction as my pump couldn't power through the filter well enough.

Kreepy krauler

The surging water shouldn't have affected anything. Check that your foot pad still has deep slots which allow water to drive the unit. As the pad starts to smooth out it won't run as well.
Also check the hose with the pump on. Going hand over hand along the length, lift the hose out of the water and listen for a sucking sound. That would be air going into the hose. Submerged, water is getting in robbing flow from the head.

Kreepy kraully not cleaning complete pool

If the pool hose has been connected to the Kreepy Krauly in the one position for a long time, the pool hose gets set is a position so the kreepy Krauly travels ith same path all the time. Try rotating the pool hose 90 degrees and or change the angle of the hose connector in the skimmer box.

My Kreepy has a Starfish seal on it. It is being used in a pebble tec pool. I bought it new less than a year ago. Here are my problems...The Kreepy is getting stuck by my stairs (they are more like...

If the cleaner is getting stuck on objects (steps, ladder, corners, benches, etc), you need to remove the dive float restrictor and install a wall climb adjuster. It is part number K12065. Anyone that sells Pentair products should have one. This will keep your pool cleaner from becoming stuck. It might also help with the seal problem, but that is most likely something caught in the flapper. Check to be sure that the pool cleaners getting proper flow and that the flapper is clear of debris.

Kreepy cleans the deep end great. It cleans the walls and bottom but will not venture up the slant to the shallow end

There are several things that could cause these automatic pool cleaners to have this problem. First, check the return line water flor and redirect it if necessary. Also, make sure that the hose is long enough to cover the entire pool without difficulty. Also, check the hose balance to make sure that it is correct.

Make sure that there are no obstructions in the pump, filter, and flaps of the cleaner. Debris can restrict movement of this type of automatic pool cleaner. Also check for hose leaks and to make sure that your suction is correct.

Kreepy Krawley is not working I disconnect the hose & I can see it move the fins but then when I reconnect it does not move. There is enough pressure as the filter was just cleaned

There are a few things for you to check to find out what is causing this issue.

1. Hook the unit up as normal. Then try shaking the hose back and forth. Does the cleaner start working, even if it is only for a moment or two? If so, you need to replace the Swivel Cone and Bearing Washer. The top two pieces on the cleaner, where the hose attaches to the unit.

2. Check for debris in the Flapper area. You can remove the Flapper (wedge shaped piece inside the cleaner) by removing the Baffle Plate and pulling out the Flapper. Check the Flapper for breaks, chips, and inside the cleaner for any kind of debris. I have seen hair ties, dimes, pool tiles and other things inside the cleaner that you could not see by looking down the tubes or just flipping the Flapper back and forth.

3. Check the Footpad for wear. The Footpad is the very bottom part on the cleaner and is dragged across the pool floor. The pad should have raised sections which are textured, like a soft sand paper. If the pad is smooth, then it needs to be replaced because this piece is what gives the cleaner suction on the pool floor.

4. Check for leaks in the hose, the Regulator Valve in the Skimmer.
