Whenever I try to copy and paste songs onto my MP4 player,a window pops up saying the Destination disk is full.

How many Videos are on it? That player is only 2GB and Videos are fairly large ... it is possible you have filled the disk

What you should do is go find your player in "my computer" and right click on it and go to properties. There you should be able to see how full your player really is. Also you can try moving files over one or two at a time to see how much it will let you move.
