Question about Dell XPS M1210 Notebook
I downloaded the Service Pack 2 for Vista. While downloading or at the end thereof, the screen went blue. I shut down the computer. The next time I powered up, I only got a black screen. Tried removing battery and also hitting Fn and power button at the same time but diagnostics won't run. Only see the lock (caps), a number nine--all lighted up and flashing. What is going on??? I don't wnat to mess with the memory modules as the user's manual recommended prior to calling Dell. HELLPPP!!!
In this case I would suggest you contact Dell in case you still have a warranty on your laptop.
