when dispensing ice from door,,some of the ice falls on the floor...opening seems too large for a glass...any solutions???

Put the ice into a glass with an 80mm diameter rim first

It sounds like the ice guide ( pt # 2180224 ) is missing from the arm you press to get ice . This clear piece just snaps on to the arm . This piece , narrows down , to about 2 " , so that all ice goes into container .
