Question about Apple iPod classic MP3 Player
It will not show up on my computers (brand new laptop & 2 yr old desktop - laptop runs vista, desktop runs XP). Because of the above, it does not launch itunes nor does itunes recognize it. When i plug it into a wall outlet to charge it, I have power and can play it but as soon as I unplug, screen goes black. I've followed the 5 R's and nothing has worked!
You have a defected battery and you will either need to send it to apple if it is still under warranty or you need to get another one.
