Yes, but I can't imagine why you would want to.
So many people would like to have a pandora's battery, but don't have access to a psp-1001 to make one, right?
Myself, I bought a new battery for using day to day and put the service battery in a nice metal box for safe keeping. Buying a new battery
gave me longer battery life too, right?

Anyways, here are two solutions if you really don't want to save or sell your service battery:

  1. I don't know exactly which software you used to softmod your battery, but threads like this one describe how some software will just generate a fake serial number to write back on your battery. Note, the author mentions it can be 'buggy'. Not a strong endorsement.
  2. When I made my battery, there was a tool you could use to alter a memory stick so that a pandora battery acted like a regular battery, without altering the batteries. This is the solution I would recommend you try.

Have fun.

hi
Carefully reading user manuals help in most of cases :)

Just use Read flash option. After reading complete, SagemEG will show you phone code. If not success, there is another option to get code - sent flash.bin to Support@SagDD.com.
Here is log of reset to default , read eeprom n read flash

This console has been banned for violations of the Terms of Use. To protect the Xbox LIVE service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about console bans. There is no recourse for Terms of...

You must do the following to get access for free:

requires a virgin xbox that has not been banned (a friend's) and somewhat knowledge about computers.

Banned Xbox Live Fix - New EEPROM ' (Old Tutorial)
To get unbanned you need to purchase a new xbox EEPROM(pal or ntsc). Steps for installing it are listed below. IT WORKS. Just make sure your orginal MS info is correct and your modchip is turned off.

GETTING THE EEPROM FILE FROM THE UNBANNED XBOX

(TO INSTALL YOUR EEPROM, MAKE SURE YOU ARE USING CONFIGMAGIC FINAL* ALL OTHER VERSIONS ARE BUGGY AND WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS. ALSO, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE: EEPROMER)

[This is only if you want to backup your original eeprom file]

1. In EvolutionX, do the "Backup" command in the Utilities menu. It will generate files about your Xbox specs.
2. FTP in your Xbox, or use a file manager tool, and in C:Backup, you will find a file called EEPROM.BIN
3. FTP that to your PC HD or remember its location for future reference.

SETTING UP THE FILE FOR CONFIGMAGIC FOR THE BANNED XBOX:
1. Once you have Configmagic loaded onto your HD or on your PC, there will be a directory in it called DATA.
2. Move the EEPROM.BIN file, the new unbanned EEPROM you purchased, into that DATA directory, overwriting the EEPROM.BIN file that is already there.
3. If you are making a Configmagic CD, you can now make the ISO of it and burn it. Xbox HD users, don't worry.

RUNNING CONFIGMAGIC:
1. Load up Configmagic.
2. A warning screen will be shown, press "A" to bypass it.
3. When Configmagic finally loads, it will show your current EEPROM on your Xbox. Make a note of the DVD KIT ZONE and VIDEO AND XBE REGION information. "NTSC, Region 1" for US Xbox gamers "PAL, Region 4" for UK Xbox gamers
4. Select "LOAD XBOX EEPROM" in the menu.
5. Select "UNLOCK HD" in the menu.
6. Load the EEPROM.BIN file in the DATA directory by choosing "LOAD EEPROM FROM .BIN FILE"
7. If you see that the VIDEO AND XBE REGION information is different, you MUST change it. Go into the menu and choose "ON-THE-FLY EDIT EEPROM". Change the VIDEO AND XBE REGION number to the proper information of your former EEPROM.
8. Now, select "UPDATE XBOX EEPROM" in the menu.
9. Your Xbox's EEPROM will now be updated with the file in the DATA directory.10. In the menu, select "LOAD XBOX EEPROM". You will notice your EEPROM is now different! Success.
11. Select "LOCK HD" from the menu.
12. Select "EXIT CONFIGMAGIC" in the menu.

IMPORTANT TIPS:
- If you were using the XBOX DVD KIT to play DVDs, and the Xbox gives an error about region, load up Configmagic and change the DVD KIT ZONE number to the number of your previous EEPROM. UNLOCK the HD, choose "ON-THE-FLY EDIT EEPROM" in the menu and simply change the DVD KIT ZONE number. Then, UPDATE XBOX EEPROM and LOCK HD. Exit Configmagic.
- You can view any Xbox EEPROM using your PC by getting Liveinfo PC program. It will show all the details of an EEPROM.BIN file. You might find it easier to edit any possible changes to your DVD KIT ZONE or VIDEO AND XBE REGION using the program, rather ON-THE-FLY EDIT EEPROM in Configmagic.
- Sometimes, with a PAL EEPROM, your Xbox's time might be wrong or video settings will be different. Go into the MS dash and change the settings to the way you seem fit.

Special Notes:
- If you were banned with your original eeprom, once you replace your eeprom, you will need recover your account. To do this, simply select the account recovery option. Once this is done, you will need to verify some personal information in order to retrieve your account.

Lost (by pressing wrong button) GAMES on my Compaq Presario. How can I get it back?

have you checked the recycle bin and restored them from there? Did you do a normal Windows Search for them either? They are probably right there waiting for you to retrieve them either way. If you permanently deleted them, you need to reaquire or otherwise reinstall them

PSP wont Turn On. =(

well if your psp won't turn on then the only way to fix it without buying another psp is to make a pandora battery and magic memory stick or buy a pandora battery from www.pandorasales.com. the pandora battery places the psp into service mode and the magic memory stick has the installation files to recover the psp through the recovery menu. I suggest using at least a 2 GB memory stick at least or purchasing the pandora kit fromm www.pandorasales.com it will fix you guaranteed.

Sony psp

Hi JTDB,

Turn off your PSP, Press and hold the R button, and power on at the same time. This may reset the PSP. If not, do you get any sound? Look at the Display real close and see if you are getting any graphics. If your getting sound, and you can see some graphics, you have a backlight problem. If you get no sound and cannot see graphic, then their is a high chance of your PSP being bricked. This means that you done something to interupt an upload or program in progress. The eeprom program is corrupted and the PSP will not boot up. The term Bricked, refers to your PSP being no better than a black Brick paper weight. I have heard of a repair for this called Pandoras Battery. I am not sure if the Pandoras battery really works to restore Bricked PSP's. It may be worth a try for you to take a chance on Pandoras Battery.

Try this>

Start with the PSP turned off. Press and hold the R button when your turning on the power. Turn it off again, then back on. Sometimes this works. If not, your PSP is probably Bricked.
