there you will be given a unique email address for your facebook account. this email address can be found under the upload via email portion.
save/copy this email address. go to your own email (example: yahoomail) and send an email to the email address given to you. no subject necessary. if you place a subject, that will automatically be the caption of the photo you send. this photo will be placed under an album entitled mobile uploads in your facebook account.

If you're on a PC, right click on the photo/pic, then a menu list will pop up where one of the options should be "Save image as" or "Save pic as". Click on "save image/pic as" and then you can select the folder/location on your pc (on the top portion) and the name for the image (on the bottom portion). You can leave the pic name as is, or give it your own naming.Then click "Save".
