Run the camera SW and go to options/settings. Set the color settings. They may have changed.

    then please go to controlpanel->display->settings.
    advanced->monitor->properties->update driver.
    An updated driver should rectify the problem.

    Start->Control panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager->Display Adapter.
    Remove the display adapter. and then go to Action->Scan for HW changes. Allow Windows to detect the adapter and load its drivers.

It will cost between 30.00 - 70.00 dollars to do it yourself depending on if you buy the parts seperate or as kit.

2008 ninja 250 engine oil looks green color

Just replace the oil, its cheap enough to do and costs less than rebuilding the engine.
the white foam on the oil cap is normal its just fine water particals built up, change the oil and take the bike on a run.
so does the bike run fine with the jet kit and exhaust change ? you dont explain your self well.

There is a fault in the main processor that is causing noise. The set will have to be serviced. The tech will probably try the main video processing board to start.

Screen Green Tint

Turn down your color and see if the screen has a normal black & white screen. If it doesn't then the CRT is bad (picture tube). If it is black & White then you have a either lost your red or blue.That problem will be in your video driver circuit of which a service center can handle.
