Its a finisher exit motor error, maybe you had a paper jam in which case try opening the front cover of the copier(where the toner cartridges are) and close again to clear the code, or switch off the machine and back on again. Good Luck

Open the front door with the machine on, get down on the floor and look up on the right side of open area there is a slanted section in that slated section is a small hole you will not see it standing! With a small screwdrive gentle push the small switch located in side the hole that will reset the code if it comes back DO NOT RESET the copier is telling you something is wrong with the FUSER UNIT the HOT part continued reset might catch the machine on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day. Have a qualified Tech look at it from Konica Minolta.Check this web site out for a rough idea of cost to replace the fuser.
C0920 as per the Minolta Factory Service manual is caused by a tray 1 lift motor failure. In my experience with this code, it is usually caused by paper loading in the tray or something jamming the tray. Best solution is to remove all paper from the tray. Leave the tray open an inch or 2 and turn the main power switch off then back on. The main power is on the back of the machine NOT the one on the right edge of the operation panel. Once the code has been cleared then try a test copy by using one of the remaining trays. If it works correctly then re supply paper into the top tray 1 and then see if the code returns. If it does then either your lift motor is bad or you have something jamming up the lift plate in the paper tray. You can always leave that tray open and run the machine until you can get someone out to look at it. Most of the time tho, reloading the paper in the tray will solve the code.

The message "Unable to Clean. " will appear on the display if there is a mechanical malfunction of the Brother machine OR a foreign object, such as a paperclip or ripped piece of paper is stuck in the machine.
First, check the machine for any foreign objects:
1. Open the scanner cover by pulling up on the lower right corner of the cover until it locks into place. Look inside the Brother machine and remove any foreign objects.
2. Close the scanner cover by lifting it slightly to release the lock, gently push the scanner cover support located in the back of the unit and then close the scanner cover.
3. If the error message continues to appear on the display the machine will need to be reset. To reset the unit unplug the Brother machine from the power outlet for several minutes and then plug it back in.
