I have an eagle talon 2.0 DOHC non-turbo, it cranks, but doesn't start. i've replaced the crank sensor, cam sensor, a brand new engine computer, all of the fuses, new plugs and wires, and a brand new ignition coil. and the car only has injection pulse in the second cylinder, and has spark in all four plugs.

I would try making sure spark plug wires are put on in the correct firing order. This is a common mistake in tune ups. Most intake manifolds have the firinging order cast in. Plug gaps correct? I cant come too far away.
i have the same problem with my car i put a crank and cam sensor, a whole other coil pack, and an ignition control module the only thing i have left to do is put a computer in it. if you find a solution email me at [email protected]
check the mass air flow sensor, if this is bad then the ecu wont get a signal and it wont send the right amount of fuel to the cylinders causing a no start condition
