Windows explorer (windows 7) keeps on stopped working and restarting every second

Windows 7 Restarting maybe because of serious computer errors. If you see a blue screen error message for a few seconds before the computer restarts then this is likely to be the cause then it might be a hardware error.

I have some problem with Windows Explorer. I message is display in every 10 second and there is three Option. 1st is Debug, 2nd is Send Error Report 3rd is Don't Send. When I chose the 3rd Opt. computer...

Windows has recorded a "software-error" in your copy of Windows.

If you clicked "send", Windows will send a problem-description to Microsoft,
so that software-engineers can determine the problem, and recommend some way to fix the problem. Sometimes, the analysis of the problem is done by computers at Microsoft,
and you get some "help" in a few seconds.

Try turning your computer off, and restarting it, to see if the problem persists.

Explorer.exe is failing.

I had this problem before with my Windows Xp professional . in fact i could solve the problem only by making a new formatting to my computer . and i installed my Xp pro again .
If your Vista is not the original one , then you have to disable the Automatic updates to prevent this to happen again .
rate if useful please !

Win32 error

sounds like your system has processing problems, only a suggestion, you may want to try to fix windows as Sutibun said. But, maybe, you need to upgrade your internet explorer. or maybe also try using firefox instead,

hope this helps

Windows Explorer error after pressing Start -> Turn Off Computer!

Do you close down your applications first before shutting down? If not, give that a shot. If that fails try closing things down in the System Tray (icons by the clock). Try these things first and if that doesn't work, I have a few more things to try.

Error: C:\program~1\Mywebs~1\bar\1.bin\m3plugin.dll

Hey dear its a virus, luckily your antivirus has already removed it from your pc. one trace is remains in registry which will try to load it on startup.

Ok, do the following step and get rid of it.
Open Run , type regedit and press enter
Go to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon

and check for the key Shell, the value of this must be Explorer.exe . if you can see some other after that like Explorer.exe C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\2.bin... , then remove the second file from the value, means it must only Explorer.exe

Ok, then check for the key Userinit. the value must be C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe, (including the comma) . If after that some thing is there , then delete it.
Ok thats all. restart your system .
