This is going to sound odd ... but it's been known to work. Remove the drive from your computer, place in a plastic freezer bag, and store in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Just long enough to really chill it down, but not long enough for any condensation to build up.

Remove the drive from the freezer and place immediately into your system and boot up. You may be able to access the drive now, but it won't last -- get your data off there!

My hard drive is not recognized in my mac. The light is blue, neve turns to green

Have you tried to connect the drive to a different computer? You can also try to open Disk Utility (use spotlight search to find it). My guess is it doesn't show up there which means there is a problem with the Buffalo device. The disk is most likely fine, just the Buffalo casing needs to be replaced.

Compatibility issue of hard drives in asus motherboard

This Board can support both the hard drive type i.e, ID and SATA type. So I'll suggest you to use SATA Harddrive because comparing to ID type SATA is Data transfer is quite fast and you can easily get it in the market. Where ID type is Quite OLD now a days and it is difficult to get in the market also.
You can connect up to 1TB of Hardrive on your Motherboard. any brand will do but i'll suggest you to go for Seagate or WesternDigit..

My buffalo 1tb hard drive has a broken usb3 connector

You probably can't. It should still be covered under warranty because it's so new. Send it back to the company and have them fix it for you or give you a replacement.

I have a 250GB Buffalo Turbo USB Hardrive. Until today it was working fine. Now suddenly it says USB Driver not recognized. Whats the problem?

Try to insert it to the other usb ports and see if it works fine. If it doesn't, then probably there is a problem with it. But try to insert other usb devices in the usb ports of your computer, if it does'nt recognize also then the problem is in your usb ports.
