Question about Samsung HLN5065W 50" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
Can i fix it myself and if so how 450 bucks is too steep
Buy a new one on craigslist, sell the old one for parts and you may come out ahead. dont bother with the authorised samsung professionals unless you like throwing money away. on the other hand if they offer a warranty on"repair"not just "parts"itd be a good way to get a replacement tv once the "professional"gives up on your tv.
most parts on the tv are consumer replaceable!

Have it done by a professional, preferred Samsung Authorized. Should cost around $350
