Actually, if you record onto a memory card then you don't need any special software.
The best way to download videos and pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy videos and pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files.

Put the card into the camera, use the "Copy" command in the Edit menu to copy the two photos onto the memory card, and then transfer the photos to your computer as you usually do from the memory card.

Having problems downloading pictures from camera onto the pogo we cant seem to find the pic bridge thanks

Hi,
The best way, removing the memory card from thecamera and plugging it into a card reader. (Either you connected via USB orFireWire and won't run down your camera's batteries.)It will be faster than connecting the camera to the computer. Once the cardis plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. Now youcan get copy paste facility. You can easily copy pictures from the card to thecomputer's hard drive.

Hope this helps .

Are you able to see the files on the DVD? Try copying the files onto your computer first before viewing them.If the problem continues, try to use a different computer because your DVD/CD drive might be having trouble viewing burned DVD/CD(s).

Hello,
you can access via USB only SD card on your camcoder.
The only way to transfer from the tape is via Firewire (IEE 1394) . You should have this port on your PC or laptop, if not you can buy external firewire card .
