Question about Refrigerators
You need to see if you are getting water to the icemaker. Simply stick a (clean) finger in the ice maker on the water side. You should feel solid ice of water. There is a problem if it is dry. This is often misdiagnosed as a water valve or filter problem. More often the ice maker head (unit) is bad. There are small contacts inside that wear or burn. The unit can not send a signal for water if contact is not made. Hope this help.
