SOURCE: lg not working

Please always post an exact model number. That info helps us so we can give much more specific help, including looking up any service bulletins or parts. Regardless of the configuration of freezer location to fresh foods compartment, as a general rule when the compressor is running the evaporator fan (in freezer) and the condenser fan (near compressor) should also be running. If all OK, look for frost build up on freezer wall (usually the back wall) indicating a defrost problem (most often a defrost heater failure, but can be an electronic control board or other component) Check that the door gaskets are sealing. Is there an ice maker? Do an "ask me" or look for me for an on line chat with more details if you have further questions.

Unblockin vents....great....but is the fan blowing. It blows air from the freezer to the fridge in accordance to fridge temp you set. If you find this helpful, please post as such or go live chat for faster answers. TY

Freezer working fine the fridge is not

The motor running constantly means the fridge is not sealed properly so that it is losing cold to outside. Check if the door of the fridge seals properly.

Fridge not cooling/frezer overworking

It is constantly running because the thermostat in your refrigerator registers a warm temperature that never reaches target. Your refrigerator's cooling is dependant on your freezer - obviously your evaporator fan is working since your freezer is cooling, however that cool air is, for some reason not reaching your fridge - Make sure the vents are not blocked or plugged with ice - If applicable also check the damper, maybe the flap is not opening at all, letting cool air in.
Also check door seals and make sure te light switches off by pressing the door contact button.

Brand new refrigerator not cooling

ok what he was trying to say is that the freezer does all the cooling for both sides as nothing in the fride side cools and in order for the fridge to reach its proper temp the freezer should run any where between -0 to-10 then the fan in the freezer draw-es air from the fridge and cools it and circulates to the fridge now i need to know a few things is the compressor running is the freezer fan running do you see any frost on the back wall of the freezer section is the fan running in the back that's near the compressor to cool the condenser coils then i can better advise pleas hold my rating till we are done where did you purchase the unit
