Freezer and Fridge not cooling. Was out of the country for a few months. It turns on with no problem, the light and fans are on and it sounds like it's cooling, air is being circulated and the coils are not dirty but it doesn't get very cold. If you touch the fridge and freezer it feels cool but it's not anywhere close to where it should be.

If compressor is working then open the back wall inside your freezer section, see if there is frost all over if there is not then you might have a gas leak problem.

Bosch Series 2 KGN34NWEAG Fridge Freezer. The alarm sounding/not cooling in fridge compartment.

Call them out under warranty. the circulation fan is normally at the back of the fridge. On such a new fridge, so shouldn't need to be fixing issues. A fan is an 'electrical component', not an electronic item.

Fridge is freezing food fan seems to be running all the time

sounds like you may have a stuck freezer control.try bumping that knob with the back of your fist,if it stops, that is it.if not it still may be the problem.let cool down in freezer for 10 min. open freezer door and turn knob back to off very slow,if it kicks off just at off ,control most likley bad.

Samsung SR 61KTC fridge not cooling but freezer is fine fans seemed to be very noisy a few days ago now sound like not on at all

Had the same problem when the door switch broke. The electronics of the fridge thought the door was open and therefore the fridge would not cool. I noticed that the light wouldn't turn off when the door was closed to discover the switch was broken. It was an $11 part which my husband replaced and the fridge works fine now.

Hi, I have an LG refrigerator, the top freezer works fine but the fridge section has stopped cooling, I turned the unit off and next morning there was a large puddle of water on the floor, when I turned it...

When the fridge is not cooling that means the fan are not working or not working properly, need to replace or check if their is an ice bothering the fan to turn. ok

Fridge question

Sounds like you mad have a bad relay or overload on the compressor. I would also check your condenser fan motor to make sure its running and blowing air on the compressor to cool it. If its not running the compressor may be overheating and shutting off on its overload. If the condenser fan motor is running I would assume that you would need a new relay and overload it will come in a kit. Usually it will make a clicking sound when the compressor is TRYING to start and then shuts off on its overload if the start components are bad.
Hope this helps _MJ_

Freezer works, fridge doesn't cool

Probably excessive ice in the condensor. Likely defrost thermostat or defrost heater problem.

What happens is excessive ice keeps airflow from the refrigerator part of the unit.

Refrigerator part not cooling, freezer is fine Amana TXI18JW (top freezer model) I noticed in the last week or so that my refrigerator was slowly starting to warm up, so I started to turn the dial up on...

There is a vent that is connected from the freezer down to the fridge right where the fan is,make sure nothing is blocking it.

Brand new refrigerator not cooling

ok what he was trying to say is that the freezer does all the cooling for both sides as nothing in the fride side cools and in order for the fridge to reach its proper temp the freezer should run any where between -0 to-10 then the fan in the freezer draw-es air from the fridge and cools it and circulates to the fridge now i need to know a few things is the compressor running is the freezer fan running do you see any frost on the back wall of the freezer section is the fan running in the back that's near the compressor to cool the condenser coils then i can better advise pleas hold my rating till we are done where did you purchase the unit
