Good Luck, When the paper is stuck in the back, it is in the fuser and you may be able to get the paper out, but probably the drive for the fuser is messed up, which caused the jam in the 1st place, if you get the paper out, the next one through will probably jam up again. Technicians usually just replace the fuser. Oce is the repair entity for these machines now. 1 800 2423 5556

9720 Pitney Bowes Fax - access code has mysteriously been placed


Function 9, access code is 9720, press yes, press no until you get to set access code? press yes, delete code, press yes, press stop. I don't think this manual in online any more, but you can go to www.oceusa.com, go to drivers and support, and look for 9820 or 9800 series. The programming instructions are the same as this model

ok " if you take out the paper tray and look where it goes , you will see little metal finger, it goes to a micro switch , that switch
could be bad, and it can be replaced.
