Question about Garden
On a lawnmower, you just remove the top housing (side for tillers and other lawn equipment). Knot one end of the cord and put it in the slot in the wheel. Make sure when you wind it that the wheel will turn when you pull the cord. If it won't turn, wind the other direction. After winding feed the loose end thru the hole in the housing and replace the housing. Attach the loose end to your handle, cutting off any excess.
