Why does my mp3 player say error connect ums device format? I have a RCA H110

i dropped mine and it played a little now it says error please connect ums device service

my mp3 player got cold and i waited for it to warm up and it did and i played one song then it showed me a screen that said fatt error ums device format and w/e then a screen hdd
