Freezer working perfectly , but refrigerator not cold at all

I saw the ice on the back wall of the freezer, we let it go, then the refrigerator start to be cold, then after 2 dayes the same problem again

Your unit is frozen up because your defrost system has gone out. You will need to allow the unit to thaw out completely and then replace the parts. Call or email us and we will get the right parts out to you right away!
