Question about Toshiba Qosimo G35-AV660 Notebook
Most likely bad screen, bad cable, or loose connection at the video card. Some laptops wear the ribbon cable that feeds the video signal to the screen around the hinge point and it will wear through. If moving the lid up and down doesnt change the image, it more than likely is in the screen itself. The chips along the perimeter of the screen are breaking down.
