How do i download the firmware for the creative zen plus

Firmware is the operating system on your Zen player.
Go to the following webpage and download the newest firmware for your player.

You should update your zen by downloading and installing the firmware below:

Once your zen is connected to your computer, run the firmware by double clicking the file. Then properly disconnect the zen on your computer and try to restart it.

Before reinstalling firmware, first backup your data from the player.
All data will be erased when the device gets new software on it.

Download the firmware from the support page.
Click "Show details" next to the firmware download for an overview of the requirements and instructions.
Connect your player with the computer and install the firmware:
do not disconnect until the installation has completed.

After this the player should have all its maps for the media.

There's an updated firmware download: Firmware 1.32.01. Try downloading that.

when i first got my creative vision m, i wanted to update the software on it, so i went onto the creative website and followed a few links until i found a software and update sections, which downloaded it onto my pc, then updated my mp3 player. try looking through the website.

The Zen V Plus is an MP3 player that can play music and videos; you can also view pictures and listen to FM radio. Often, MP3 devices require upgrades. Firmware upgrades to the Zen V Plus fix bugs and sometimes upgrade the user interface, which can enhance your user experience and correct problems. You can upgrade your Creative Zen V Plus to version 1.32.01 through the Creative website.

Open your web browser and navigate the Zen V Plus support page (See Below). Click here > h Click "Download" under "Firmware" and choose to "Save" it to your computer. Connect your Zen to the computer using the Zen USB cable. Double-click the file that was downloaded to your computer to start the installation process. Agree to the terms and wait for the files to be transferred and installed onto your Zen.

You could try reflashing the firmware onto the player. Go to www.creative.com and look for the support section. Search under downloads for firmware for your player and download that. Follow the instructions on the website.
