Need more info about the software and hardware

Thank you for the information as I thought the Canon Lid 600 is great scanner however I checked lots of reviews and pro and cons and found out that the majorities acres that the attachment for negatives does leave a “Small footprint “that is acceptable as other software can eliminate it.

The question is does the footprint too big to be noticeable and out of control for the Photoshop to take care of it or not?

According to the Manuf. The footprint are commons but it is up to the end-user to see if it got bigger?

I am sure that you are aware of such and I need to ask you if the footprint got bigger or just you needed to know if someone could fix it?

As long as the unit is clean and working without any noticeable changes it is better if you do nothing, however if the issues are new and getting bad then yes we can start working on that.

When using ADF, a stripe appears on paper when copying and the same appears on a scan image, but the stripe does not appear on paper copying or on scan image when using the scan bed.

When you get marks from the document feeder it is dirt on the narrow optical strip that collects the image. Hinge up the rectangular lump at the top end of the feeder and clean the glass strip with alcohol hand sanitizer on a tissue and polish off. Whilst you at it clean the glass on the scan platen.

Does anyone know which colour does what for a madza demio stereo wiring harness

It sounds like the the ones with red and black stripes are possitive and negatives for your speakers then the others are positives also you would need a 12v test light to see witch wires have power to them and go from there

My canon lide 700f will not calibrate to scan a 35mm film

For those having the "Executes calibration. Pull out the film and place the Film Adapter Unit at Frame 1." issue and cannot calibrate the scanner for NEGATIVE FILM, it took me ages to figure out how to solve it.
Solution: calibrate the frame, WITHOUT any film, adapter plug and placed in frame 1, and proceed to do the calibration WITH THE SCANNER COVER OPEN.
Before I tried everyhing, install new drivers for Windows 8.1, MP Navigator, and nothing happen. Now it works like the first day. Hope it helps! it certainly helped me.

How to scan slides with Visioneer 9520 USB Scanner - it scans who

I have successfully used my Visioneer 9520 to scan 35mm slides, and they came out perfect. To do this, in my image editing software, I select File/Import/Acquire/Visioneer ScanManger Pro. This opens the VIsioneer scan manager window, where I select "Scan 35mm using:" and then I choose the desired scanning configuration, e.g., "35mm Better, 35mm Best, Custom" etc. See image below.
BTW: After several moves, I have lost my 35mm scanning template. Do you know where I can get another one, or do you know someone who could actually scan theirs and email the image to me? I could then create a duplicate from heavy black construction paper or card stock.

Where do i put the negative to scan on hp g3010 scanner

On the lid there are thin plastic rails that frame two 35mm Negatives. Place the film in that holder, framing what you wish.

Check HP's site for the owners manual for advanced settings for your specific model to get the best results from your Negative or as HP calls it Transparent Materials Adapter (TMA)

Make sure the rectangular slots at either end of the film frame are not obstructed or covered in any way. When I attempted to scan color negatives I had the same darkness problem in the scanned image. When I cleared those rectangular slots, everything was fine. I hope this helps.

Underexposed, grainy images with a light stripe running down the center

Sounds like your shutter curtain is malfunctioning. Did you bump the curtain when u loaded film & bed it... Take a close look to see if it is binding. This is a very fragile area to monkey with & should be done by a qualified repairman
