Question about KitchenAid Dishwashers
Thanks for using FixYa. Please check for the short on the wires near the heating element. Also check the resistance of the heating element, it should not be more than 1.6 K ohms. Also make sure that the wiring going to and from heating element is fine and you are using a grounded power supply. Also check for any shorts on the control board.
Click on the picture to zoom in. Also tell me if you were getting any error codes prior replacing the control board or after replacing the control board. Also tell me if any light is blinking.
