Question about ASUS Eee 4G Notebook
Notebook starts up fine loads and you get the symbols along the bottom of the screen but nothing else just a dark blue background.
I had the same problem just use your recovery disk and reboot the system

Try booting it into safe mode by intercepting the boot up when the first screen comes up by hitting either F8 or F2, depending on your system. If you can't get in to windows this way, insert the cd that came with the computer, or a windows cd, and enter in to recovery mode. If you have the option to do a system restore, try that, you will not lose any file this way. If you can't do any of the above options, then a full system recovery is your only option. Do a google search for any errors or error messages that are popping up to specifically target what is happening with your system.
