Hello

If you just got a new computer, you must remember that you need to install all the drivers again for all the devices to function properly.
So try installing the driver for your all in one device, and make sure that the driver is campatible with the current operating system you are using.
I really hope this can help you.

Best regards

How do you scan a document onto your computer

If your printer supports scanning, then the main issue you have is
software to control the printer and DO something with the document once it is scanned. Readiris is what I use. I have version 11 and I think they are up to 13, but it works GREAT. There probably are other pieces of software out there to handle scanning and result document manipulation. With Readiris, you can make the scanned item directly into a jpeg or a pdf. which is really useful. You might want to try download.com and search there. Good Luck

CANON PRINTER MP560 WONT PRINT IN BLACK

Hi,

This is seems to be weird issue you are facing with the printer. I would like to know what is the application you are trying to print from ? Is it Microsoft word etc ? Try to type something in Notepad and print and check if the black is printed.

If you are able to print from Notepad then probably it there are chances the application you are tying to use is corrupted and might need to uninstall and reinstall

I am trying to scan photos onto the computer

How is it connected? Via usb?  Have you tried powering the printer and pc off and back on?  Try to print something, go into your print que and make sure that there are no errors.  If using usb, try another port if you have one.  Also check your ink levels.  HP AIO wont work with low ink levels.

Are you getting a NO SCAN OPTION

If you are getting this message when you are trying to scan from the All-In-One.
And If the software is successfully installed in your computer, then you should have a icon in your desktop as HP Solution /HP Director (if not got to Start> All Programs>
HP> HP Solution Center)/HP Director Then try scanning from there, if you are able to scan from there then try the steps bellow.
Open solution center> Settings> Scan settings> Scan to setup> Then in this window click on Restore defaults> Then apply or ok and close all the windows and try to scan from the
All-In-One printer.
If it still does not work then try the bellow steps:
Go to:

minimize this window
Right click on Start button on the computer>Explore>Programs>Startup>edit>paste
minimize this window.
Go back to My computer>C:>windows>system32
Copy hpzinw12
minimize this window

Right click on Start button on the computer>Explore>Programs>Startup>edit>paste
Now you will see two new files in Startup
Now go to My Computer>C:Program Files>HP>Digital Imaging>bin>
Copy hpqtra08
close this window
Right click on Start button on the computer>Explore>Programs>Startup>edit>paste
Restart the computer
Open Hp Solution Center> Settings>Scan settings and preferences> Scan to button>
