Problem for ViewSonic V36 Pocket PC

My Viewsonic won't connect via USB port.\r\nTried

My Viewsonic Pocket PC v36 won't connect via USB port. Tried to reconnect both from computer and device. Comes up charging, but not transferring datat. Tried turning computer off and on as well as device. No luck connecting.
Any suggestions?
