First I would check that it is enabled in the BIOS (should be pressing F2 at startup).
Also, this may depend on the operating system you are running.
Regardless, here is a pack of all of the drivers for Asus EEE 4G. You can download them here:

Once you've downloaded the zip (it's a bit larger, well relatively large), extract it, run install_cmd and select start restore. You will then be asked to restart, and that should be it! Oh, it may give you a message warning about unsigned software being installed during setup, just acknowledge the popup and select continue.
Be sure to check the BIOS first though and if you have a keyboard shortcut, try to toggle that first using the fn button. Lastly, if you are not running Windows, get back to me because this would be very different.
