My kerosene monitor heater with the model number M441 isnt workin correctly , ive changed the filter outside that goes into the tank and replaced the burner and still it isnt working , the burner status...

First thing to do is clean the flame rod. Take the black grill off of the front of the heater (6 ro 7 screws). Now locate the flame rod. It is beside the window where you can look into the burner. It has one wire going to it. Be careful so you don't damage the gasket. The rod goes in then straight down, so you will have to turn it to get it out. You can clean it with some steelwool or emory cloth. Reinstall it and try the heater.
Listen to the heater. If it cuts off, does the fuel pump start making a thumping before the heater cuts off? If it does, the heater is running out of fuel for some reason. I know you checked the filter, but did you check the strainer in the fuel sump. You can find it on the right side of the heater at the bottom. Make sure you turn off the fuel at the barrel before you remove it and have some rags ready to soak up the kerosene that will come out. Clean the filter with some kerosene if it needs it.
Let me know what you find and don't forget to rate my answer. Thanks.

Need operator insfruction manual for mpi 40

The owner's manual for the M441, which is similar to the M40, can be downloaded at www.monitorproducts.com . If that won't work for you I can check to see if I have one or if you have a particular question, I can probably answer it.

Hello, I just got an older natural gas direct vent heater for free (lucky me huh!). But the heater has no markings of what brand/model it is. Based on my search on internet I think its a Monitor gas...

Hi John, it should say on the front or somewhere near the control panel what model it is. If you could email a good picture of it to me I might be able to tell. If it is a Monitor heater, go to www.monitor.com or if it is a Toyostove heater go to www.toyostove.com and you can download an owners manual. The most recent models of Monitor gas heater are the GF 3800 and GF 1800. The older one is the GF 500. You can send a picture to nitensheaterservice@earthlink.net.

I just purchased a monitor 441 and i was wondering if the exhaust from my monitor 20 was the same or will i have to purchase a new one

The exhaust should fit OK. Be sure to look at the old exhaust to make sure it is not corroded, as it is 20 years old. Monitor exhausts are famous for being thin. Also be sure to use the proper Air Damper for the M441, it is different than the M20

Check your filter in the fuel line outside if you have one. Also check the strainer in the fuel sump.

Gf3800 monitor-brand new E13 code multiple starts, propane is full any ideas?

E 13 is the code for ignition failure. You can find the codes at www.monitorproducts.com. Look under service manuals. Has the heater ever burned? Make sure your fresh air pipe isn't connected to one of the two exhaust ports on the flue pipe and that the air port you are connected to isn't blocked off. May be air in the gas line if its a new install.
