Question about Asko W6021 Front Load Washer
I'm going to assume against my better judgment you mean the clothes are not spun out but are soaking wet. Since Asko washers do not dry the clothes as some all in one units do, you likely have a problem with either overloading, too much detergent, wrong type of detergent, an obstruction in the pump i.e coins, buttons, sock, undies etc. (not allowing the spin cycle to occurr) or a faulty drive motor/brushes.
Unfortunately there's no easy answer without more info. consider these...
1) have you operated this machine before ?
2) Do you use "HE" detergent
3) have you put very different types of garments in together, i.e. towels and cottons, denims and polyester ?
4) does the water drain out ?
5) is the unit stable on its legs/on the floor ?
there are many factors that can create the symptom you're describing, as these are just a few possibilities.
let us know here if any of these are possible and we can go from there.
a model number would be helpful as well.
