You're going to have to "unlock" your phone.
Some people offer this service at a charge, and sometimes the manufacturer will give it to you on request. After that, any sim card from your country will work.

Yes, usually. You will need to contact Mobile for another sim card however. Not all phones are able to be used for prepay though, can be hit or miss. Call up Mobile, from that phone (611), and ask them. You will need a sim card in it though (original card).

The sim card provides the link of communication also once established should not be tempered with else distorts the communications linkage. The code is the protection key that identifies the sim card to the phone that you own. My friend you cannot use the LG Fusic to a T-mobile network since your phone is a CDMA phone & Tmobile is in a GSM network.
95% of all CDMA phones doesn't support a sim card & the remaining 5% that supports a simcard could only use the sim card from it's original CDMA provider.
