Question about Kodak EASYSHARE Plus Series 3 Thermal Photo Printer
I have a XP HP Computer two years old. I had the Lexmark 1200 Series Printer installed on my computer and yesterday, my computer was not recgonizing it. So I uninstalled it and now I keep getting an error that says: Error Coping File: LXCZDR5C.DLL. Can you please help me? I need my printer. I am a pastor and this week I really need my printer and computer to work right. I'll be waiting to hear from you. Thanks, Loretta Waegli
Here is the Link to the DLL file.. Hope that helps :)

Here is a general link for for Lexmark drivers, software and manuals
You may need to download and install Adobe Reader to read the manuals. A button appears on this site , if needed.
to provide additional help I would need to know the computer's operating system (WinXP) as well as the actual model number of the printer which is probably on the printer itself.

The biggest problem people have with drivers is "Pointing" to the correct location. Sometimes the file is in the Win Directory (in this case where your operating system is) you may have to browse for it . Here's the reason: If the driver is already installed on your computer... what help is it to reinstall it again??? So when the software 'Asks' you where something is, you have to help it, in which case you cancel out the question, then do a 'Search' in the start bar to find that item the computer wanted to find.. You may find a couple, if so scribble them down, and start pointing to them each after you reboot, yes there's an easier way and quicker but i could write a book on how to do it, it may take 3 or 4 times, and remember this because it works with nearly all drivers. Good Luck!

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
