C0F37: Abnormally high toner density detected by Black ATDC Sensor
Toner density that is 4 % or more higher than the target level is detected ten consecutive times during a print cycle, ATVC, or image stabilization sequence.
The sensor for this error is in the black imaging unit not the toner hopper. See the steps below. If that doesn't work then visit my website for contact and I will sell you a full service and or parts manual on CD.
Imaging Unit Bk is installed correctly.
Check and correct ATDC
drawer CN of imaging unit Bk.
Each of Imaging Unit Bk contacts makes
Clean or correct.
ATDC Sensor harness is open-circuited.
Change Imaging Unit Bk.

Black image unit, Is the black image unit OEM or third party? Remove the unit and replace. is the Toner OEM? or third party? remove and replace with OEM parts. Open close front door to reset code. If comes back get a tech out to look at could be a bad Sensor.
Sir, right below the drum area when you open the machine front door is a assy. with two very fragile gold plated wires that transfer the image from the drum to the paper. The paper moves over this wires during the copy process. They mite have broken giving you a C0200. Or the same type of wires are above the drum on the drum unit which must be removed to see them mite be bad. did you open close the front door to see if the machine will reset?
Sir/mam your going to open the front door at the right below where you keep the cleaning pads if there still some left any way get down on the floor and look up you will see a small hole that leads to a small switch will need a small screwdriver/long with the machine on press that button then close the door. you should see trouble reset touch machine should go to normal if the code comes back do not continue to rese you are resetting the fuser (Hot part) can catch on fire have a tech look at it. Mite need a new fuser Also check and make sure that the two latches that hold the right door to the machine are not broken after years of closing and opening they can break the c500 code also mean that the 120 VAC power is not getting to the fusing lamps that heat the rollers in the fusing unit.
As for the C0992 code that deals with a paper draw fault, looking at the control panel do you see a small wrench located at the left hand lower corner. Touch it , it will take you to another screen when there open and close the front door, if the code comes back you have problem with main draw.
The C0410 is a problem with the very, bright lite under the big glass is bad. try to reset, open the front door to your left is a small access plate open and press trouble reset, if the code comes back replace the exposure lamp.
C0010 code main motor fault, remove the fuse unit the hot part and check for broken gears check the section where it goes look in the back for broken gears, remove the drum assy. check for broken gears, open close the front door to reset, If it comes back get a new main motor and or main control board,
Before doing above open and close the front door. The code is for the Auto Toner Density Control the black image unit if it comes back after opening and closing the front door the image unit needs replacement. You can't change the developer it is all one unit. the fuser has a different code 500 series. Dont mess with gain let machine run stablize.
First problem is for some reason your KMC 3130 crosses over to a Konica Minolta CF3102 and there is no C-0991 code listed for those machines. However, that C-0991 code is a common paper tray lift failure code on Konica MInolta machines.
So I would recommend opening and checking all of your paper trays to make sure nothing is binding them and that the paper is loaded properly.
Then open and close the large front door to reset the code.
If the code comes back then open all of your paper trays and LEAVE them open. Next open and close the front door to reset the code. The copier should now come to "ready to copy"
Then close each paper tray 1 at a time waiting 30 seconds between each tray closing. Once the code pops back up after closing a particular tray then you will know for sure which tray is causing the problem.
You can use the copier by leaving this tray open if need be.
c3-c50 is a money bank code. It means that someone tried to copy money on the machine. U need a minolta code to reset it for good but it works by just opening and closing the front door, certainly the code will reappear.
