Not sure what model samsung phone you have but all bluetooth headset devices must be paired before use. to do this on most phones you must open the bluetooth manager from your phones main menu button, turn on your bluetooth headset and make sure it is in discovery mode, choose the pair devices or connect a new device option on your phone, and it should automatically search and find your headset device. select the device. it will then ask you for a passcode for your device, if you do not have it the default passcode for most bluetooth devices is 0000. congratulations you are now connected. please rate me and thanks for choosing enterprise computing solutions.
