SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: how to remove write protect

Does the camera support the type and capacity of the card? SD vs. SDHC? if yes Once you confirm this then move the lock switch down all the way and then back up.

On page 53 there is a section on Error Messages. The Write Protect message indicates that the memory card write-protect switch is set to the "LOCK" position. You will need to remove your memnory card and move the swith to the 'UNLOCKED' position.

I dont know how to delete a protected picture off my canon power shot a470 camera. Can you help?

You have to unprotect it first. It's a bit confusing because the menu item probably only says "Protect..." but it also takes care of unprotecting too. Go into the menu for "Protect..." and navigate to the protected one. Whatever button you press to switch the protected status (it's the SET button on my Canon) you can use it to turn the protection off as well. When you exit the protection mode, you can delete it.

I have a 64 mb fujifilm XD card that windows thinks is write protected, I can put it the camera and delete it works fine. They say there is aswitch on the card I can't find one even with a magnifying glass

No, there's no switch on the card. Most cameras provide a feature in the menu which allows the user to write protect a card so that no changes can be made to it accidentally. SD cards have a switch on the side. Check your camera manual for the instructions to remove the write protection from your card.

How do i remove the protected card from my camera

When this problem occur you need to set the memory card unlock or not protected. Remove the memory card from camera and you can see a small button in the memory card, so you need to slide that to set the memory card unlock or not protected.

"card write protected"

There is a minuscule tab on the side of the card, towards the "handle"-end of the card. Slide this tab to unlock the card and allow write and delete once again.

Hi there
Face the card towards you, look for a small white tab on the left hand side of the card, to unlock it push the tab down, it will be at the side of the card like this 59a6de4.jpg .
