Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
You need to clear your temp files.
try the disk cleanup utility built into windows
also view hidden files and navigate to your user under documents and settings. then look in local settings and open the temp folder.
delete all loose files here. Restart your computer. Also malware and antivirus scans could be helpful.
