O-rings in the spout need to be greased or replaced...use silicon grease if you are greasing them....not petroleum based product.

Water Ridge kitchen faucet model FP4A4107NP does not swivel between sinks. I thought they all could be directed into either side of a double sink?

Did you install the faucet without using the top mounting plate? This could cause no spout swivel.

Faucet leaking at tee where hot and cold connect to spout

The designs of the Kitchen Sink Faucet mainly exhibit differences in its handles and spouts. Differently curved spouts and handles diversify the range of products. Some have long spouts and some are with short ones. The spouting of water may also give different flow patterns with the external fixtures. The handles are mainly in single or double.

Our American Standard kitchen faucet has become hard to swing from one side of the sink to the other. What could be causing this? Is there a bad part?

Hi! If there are no leaks from around the spout, you can remove the spout and apply silicone lube to the spout o-rings and resemble. If it is still hard to move ,replace the o-rings.

Water is dripping out the back of the the Danza 61/9 kitchen faucet

Just in case you need to do so.
  1. Turn the water off. The water control knob is located under your sink and is connected to the drain. Turn it counterclockwise to turn off the water.

  2. 2

Open the faucet to relieve any differences in pressure. Pull up on the faucet as you would if you were turning it on.

  3. 3

Plug the drain of the sink with its stopper to prevent any parts from going down it.

  4. 4

Turn the faucet handle sharply to one side to reveal a small cover plate. Pry the plate off carefully with a flat-bladed screwdriver.

  5. 5

Unscrew the screw that is located behind the cover plate with a 4 mm allen key.

  6. 6

Lift the handle off and remove the cap beneath it.

  7. 7

Firmly grip the exposed cartridge with your hands and pull up to remove it.

I would get the repair kit before you start. The video below is not your brand faucet but the o-ring replacement is about the same. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AipEYoYiIhc

What makes the faucet bind?

I'm just installing the exact same faucet and I found that the side to side motion was binding if I tightened the tap too much from the bottom with the nut & "c" shaped clamp with the 2 set screws. Not sure what it could be if yours was fine & started having trouble.
They have support contact info on their website that you may want to try: http://www.danze.com/customer_support.asp

I have a Mico 7777 Kitchen faucet that was purchased in 2001.It has become difficult to move from side to side. Do we need to replace the cartridge in the faucet and if so how much does it cost and how...

it may not be nesesary to replase the cartridge you could just have some lime or sediment build up in the faucet a bad cartridge would effect your handle not your spout turn the hot and cold water off under the sink, pull the bonnet or cap off and the spout should just lift up take care not to damage o-rings pulling and reinstalling spout check for debris clean and replace spout to insure not damaging o-ring try putting a little vaseline on them 1.it will help go on easier 2.it will help to lubricate the swivel of the spout replace the cap turn your water back on. if your cartridge is bad your faucet will drip or constantly run
